All these 5 star reviews are completely justified! I spoke with two lovely ladies to schedule a pool inspection. They were both helpful and knowledgeable about the type of service that I would need and answered all my questions. Andrew, the pool inspector made sure to call me before and after the inspection. He walked me through the inspection and results. He was very efficient and it was obvious that he is an expert in what he does!

My recent experience with a home inspection went smoothly overall. I hired a reputable home inspector Luzmarina Larez Valle de Challouf to thoroughly examine the property.The inspector took about 2 hours to go through the house, checking every room, the roof, foundation, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, etc. She was very detailed and methodical in his inspection.Thankfully, she didn't uncover any major red flags or deal breaking issues. The home is over 40 years old but has been nicely maintained. The inspector found a handful of minor repairs needed - electrical wiring in the electrical panel.These were all affordable fixes that gave me a safe feeling.Overall, I felt the inspection was worthwhile for peace of mind. Having an expert like Luzmarina Larez Valle De Challouf from Central Florida Building Inspectors examine the property gave me confidence that I understood exactly how safe and secure my home was. This company is worth every penny! From the initial scheduling to the day of inspection, they have been super communicative and professional every step of the way. Andrew and Javier went above and beyond for their home inspection today. They arrived at 10:30 and just left at 4:30. When they wrapped, I had plenty of questions and never felt rushed.They started with a deep dive into our crawl space, and spent about 45 minutes down there!
