Bryon was brought-up working in residential construction with his father’s business. When he entered the corporate world of retail and later the healthcare industry, he continued to assist his brothers in construction on his off time. During his experience in retail and healthcare he would inspect potential commercial buildings and units for expansion as well as collaborate with architects and contractors to complete remodeling/expansion of commercial buildings. Bryon is a State-Licensed Home inspector, a State-Licensed WDO (Termite) Inspector; he is certified to perform home inspections, wind mitigations, WDO inspections, pool and spa inspections, is sewer cam qualified and much more. Bryon is a proud member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and FABI (Florida Association of Building Inspectors).

James Pence has been in the General Construction industry for over 18 years in the Indianapolis, Indiana area before moving to Florida in late 2013. He then joined our CFBI team and began performing residential and commercial property inspections and is currently certified to perform various types of inspections including wind mitigation, well water quality testing, pools/spas, roof certifications as well as being sewer cam qualified. James is a State-Licensed Home Inspector and a State-Licensed WDO (Termite) Inspector. James is also a Certified Professional Inspector with InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) as well as a Certified Master Inspector.

Sean McKim is a former life safety inspector for the University of Central Florida. He had the desire to help people during the stressful period of purchasing a home which is why he became a home inspector and has enjoyed the freedom it provides. Sean has lived in Florida most of his life and loves it. He is a proud member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and has more than 200 hours of education and certifications. Sean is certified to perform commercial property inspections, wind mitigations, home inspections, pool and spa inspections, and much more.

Max recently moved to Central Florida from Texas and has a prior background in pest control. He is a proud member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) with over 235 hours of education and certifications. He is a State Licensed Home Inspector and is certified to perform home inspections, wind mitigations, pool and spa inspections, and much more.

Matt Kuhl started his career as an Emergency Medical Technician. He then worked in roofing sales and other forms of construction, giving him a good foundation of the home-building process. He is a State-Licensed Home Inspector, certified to perform home inspections, wind mitigations, WDO inspections, air quality testing, is sewer cam qualified, a licensed drone pilot and much more. Matt is also a proud member and Certified Professional Inspector through InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and holds over 36 certifications.
