This is the third time we’ve used CFBI for our home inspection and they always provide consistent and stellar service. Carl M was our inspector this time around and he was great! He arrived to the property on time (a few minutes early even) and made himself available in case my husband and I had any questions. Highly recommend! I requested a next-day inspection on a home we are purchasing on a Sunday and recieved confirmation that day we were all set for our inspection appointment on Monday. The service and follow up prior to the actual inspection was very good. On the day of the inspection the inspector arrived on time and conducted a very thorough and professional assessment if the property. When he completed the inspection, he spent time sharing his initial findings and asking if we had any questions. The inspection report came out the following day via email and was very clear and concise. We shared the report with the owner and happily they agreed to remedy the few items we thought were most important. A very happy and successful ending to an overall great experience.
